| where is my restored file from the recycling bin. i found an old picture in my recycling bin that i wanted to keep, so i restored it. the problem is, the place that it used to be stored at is no longer there. it is to my understanding that restored files go back to where they originally came from, but since thats gone, where did the picture gothank you!. you can try to recover your data with asoftech <a href=http://www.datarecoverysoft.co.uk/>data recovery software</a>asoftechadrit uses unique modern algorithms to recover files that other software either recovers incorrectly or is unable to detect.. you can do a search for it on your computer if you remember the file name ( or when it was created modified, ) you can even limit the search down to just picture files (.bmp,.gif,.jpg etc) the is a wild card that means anything and the extension at the end is the picture file type. hope this helps.. nowhere, probably.
