| does purging actually help you lose weight . . . im 14 50 and 8 stone, over weight and fat, yes i know.and i know purging is unhealthy, and i dont care, i just need to know if it works or not.ive done it twice today, and ive done it before but not much. but i have gained a lot of weight in the past month becaue i have been dealing with self harm issues and anxiety and body issues. so i feel like purging is the only way to help me lose weight quick quick.and dont bother telling me that their are healthier ways and stuff, i just need to know if it works.. . . no. you would just keep the same weight. by doing this youre just lose your water weight, so its not helping anything. you wont actually lose weight quick because youre not burning calories. really just try exercising or go to your doctor and ask them a healthy way to burn calories. but yeah it really doesnt work.help with mine please answers.yahooquestionindexqid=20130217133844aatg0nf. . . purging literally over time rips up your stomach . but yeah, it can help. i suppose if you consider lose weight more important than your internal organs then im sure youll mentally remain stable from it. but it also makes you unhealthy and is the laziest most pathetic excuse for lose weight quick . want to lose it exercise and eat healthy.. not that hard.
