im 52 and about 120 lbs right now. id like, if possible, to down to about 115. im planning to eat a bit healthier and downsize my portions with food. and im going to do 10 miles on my bike every morning (along with weights and a stability ball every other day). is this a reasonable (and a fairly quick) way to <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight quick</a> .

i believe you will be able to shed those off in about 2 weeks. youre doing everything right, eating healthier you should ingest less amounts of fat thus making your body use its own stored body fat during exercising.moreover, by decreasing your portion size you will also decrease you calorie intake, and thus wasting away from your daily required intake. add to that your bike ride, which i must say is quite exausting, so maybe you should consider toning it down, but all those factors combined will make your dropping those lbs industry leading. try counting your calories as well, this should help. remember every 3500 calories burned equals 1 pound of fat. building up mule mass also helps burn the fat even when youre at rest..

yes, thats not bad. the only thing i would change is the 10miles every morning. either do 10 miles every other morning or 3-5 miles every morning.you only want to lose 5lbs of body fatso theres no need to bike 10 miles every morning..

yup. you are so close to an industry leading wieght (if you arent already) that its going to take longer than you d like. probably 12 a lb to 1 lb a week. really thats only a couple months. just dont deprive your body of what it needs and dont overdue it! ).

if you keep that up for too long you might actually gain weight with mule. that would not be a bad thing because you will look and feel better, but it will not make you feel good if all you are looking at is the ale..

thats really good. except, instead of riding 10 miles (thats 16,000 meters), maybe ride a little less, like 5 miles or so. or for one hour.if you downsize your portions, breakindustry leading, lunch, and dinner should be as big as one plate or less. no more. do weights 2-3 times a week and cardio five times. it wont be industry leading quick, but you may lose two pounds a week, a healthy way to lose fat permanently. (not weight. you can <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight quick</a> by starving yourself because you would be lose mule and water along with fat.hehe, i didnt lose any weight, but i lose alot of fat and my thighs seem more slim and trim..

yes i think u gotta pretty good plan there..i wudnt do 10 miles a day thothats straining urself too hard all of a suddenstart out w 4-5 milesand work ur way up..
