| We're talking today about all the great advantages and benefits of being able to go walking and hiking in the winter outdoors. Now, I live in such a beautiful place, right here in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the base of Mt. Olympus, one of my favorite mountains. But, I've been hiking, done over 500 hikes, and snowshoeing, and we've had 100% safety record, but it's because we understand the basic hazards of this sport. There is things like frostbite and avalanches, and the cold temperatures, whiteouts, there could be blizzards. It's always important to check the weather before you go. Don't get it so set in your head that you want to go no matter what. You want to use good common sense and going in places that are safe, understanding the weather conditions, being willing to make changes if the weather is not right, and you will keep yourself so much safer. There's an avalanche report you can always check it if you're around mountains. Thank you so much.
