The mixture of melted cheeses and potatoes in this Bon Appetit recipe give added warmth to winter meals. Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of water for six minutes. Once you find the right vest, everything else follows. I've also rediscovered a striped green and yellow top from French Connection, tight enough to go under a jumper, but with long sleeves that peek out from beneath; worn alone, it clings and makes me look rotund, but, with a sweater on top, the bright stripes give a slice of cheerfulness to an otherwise monochrome outfit.
