This is kind of problematic because I cannot see premium caches which means I cannot avoid it. I think the rule is a bit broken. Premium caches shouldn't be taken into the account for non premium users setting up non premium caches. Otherwise I can try to move my cache to find a suitable spot for ever not knowing if th.

There are lots of ways to drive safely in the winter but the golden rule is to remain patient and don rush. When you rush you end up getting into an accident and it could be very bad if that happens. To avoid getting in accidents make sure you take your time and don drive quickly, even when you on the highway make sure you aren speeding because it very easy to hit a patch of ice and slide out. Often you can even see the ice until you begin sliding on the road so if you in a speeding state then you won be able to control the slide and most likely end up in an accident. You either crash with yourself or with another driver which could become fatal.
