| I do something similar with Shorts, If I haven found a buyer or need to postpone it a little longer I tell the bank my funds are tied up with another property that was accepted before they did and I need a few weeks to cash out that one or line up some financing. Most of the time I successful. I feel b/c we already gone through the work, but a few times the bank told me to F off and I lost the deal :cry:

For frosted beauty the umbellifer family is hard to beat so if you like to have wild flowers in your garden; cow parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris) or sweet cicely (Myrrhis odorata) are good for seed heads or you could let the odd carrot or parsnip from your vegetable garden run to seed.

El Nio takes months to develop and alter its patterns, so it fairly reliable for seasonal forecasting. The North Atlantic Oscillation is a bit trickier, as it can changing in a matter of weeks or even days. The combination of the two, at the moment, looks like it should give us a fairly normal season.As for the Farmer Almanac.
