| I only walk a mile at a time, then I come back inside to warm up and rest a little, before heading back out to walk another mile. Another reason I only walk a mile at a time is because I have very bad arches and flat feet which make walking painful. Even though I have feet that get very sore, I do not let this stop me from enjoying the benefits and enjoyment of walking in the winter.
