I play top lane Sejuani, and I rely heavily on extra health from Runes and Masteries to keep me alive while making my W hit harder early game since I don build health items right away. I maxed W first, which let me do terrific damage and fit the dangerous bruiser role perfectly. I only took one rank in E at level 3, (mostly for the +50% damage) and didn touch it again until I had to. These new changes make my playstyle completely nonviable. They have forced Sejuani into a supporty jungle tank position. Like Alistar, her purpose is essentially just crowd control to get her team kills and be a tanky nuisance while dealing negligible dps. This is not how I ever wanted to play her. I doubt I be using her much anymore =(
