how could i possable lose wieght and belly fat by dec.11 .

my semi is on december 11th and i bought this strapless dress yesterday how can i possably how to <a href=http://howlosebellyfatfast.webs.com/>lose belly fat</a> and some more weight by december 11th i exersise 1 hour a day every week from monday - friday how can i maintain a healthy diet from now till then.

realistically although you might lose a few pounds in that timeale you are not really going to do a lot for your body shape in 2 weeks. average weight loss is only 9-15lbs a year, so this is a long term lifestyle issue, requiring both an appropriate diet and very regular vigorous exercise..

run 5 minutes easy, warm up. then 5 minutes harder, and then 20 minutes even harder again. this should be a pace you can maintain. do this twice a day, everyday. then, cut out half of the carbs in your diet. (pasta, bread, potatoes, etc.) also, try to limit your fruit intake. fruit is contains too much fructose, that our bodies cant use. this then turns into glucose, which increases insulin production in the body. insulin then helps the body store fat. basically too much fruit makes you fat. also, im guessing that your going to a partywedding so after all the alcohol, have 1l of water with an electrolyte tab in it (nuun) or a pinch of salt. thus rehydrates your body, meaning less of a hangover. and also, if you have drunk a lot of spirits, i would also recommend an anti inflammatory. but only if you have drunk a lot, as it is very hard on your system..

stop eating foods high in sugar. try running some more in your exercises and try to workout you belly area some more but its gonna take some time
