i am 14 years old and weigh over 260 pounds. i was wondering if only cutting down on eating will make me <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight quick</a> . i do not like to exercise either. plus. i dont really know what to eat for breakindustry leading, lunch or dinner that is healthy. i need options on each of them. can anyone help me out.

hey!! yes! cutting down on food will help you <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight quick</a> ! im 14 52 and 118 pounds im aiming for 110 and i have seen a huge difference because i have been changing my eating habits!remember breakindustry leading kick starts your metablosim ( makes you go to the bathroom quicker to lose the food) so make sure you eat breakindustry leading!you might want to try to exersize maybe go for a walk, jog, swim anything to make you sweat!you want to eat around 1600 calories for your age from your deription it seems like you might be eating close to 2200.this is what i eat for my daily planbreakindustry leading toast w peanut butterjambutter with milk or orange juice snack i usally dont have anything but if i do orange, or crakers and cheese or nutslunch chocolate milk & whole wheat sandwich with tomato,lettuce,mayo ,hamafter hool snack greek yogurt w fruit!! or ( i do competitive swimming) so i will have pastadinner( my mom usually makes healthy food but with alot of oil and high calorie stuff) so what i do is i just eat a small portion like hand of salad, deck of cards of meat, veables.omg drink lots of water this will fill you up with no caloires and make you <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight</a> industry leading!also this is why you exersize i track my food on loseit im allowed to eat 1300 calories a day, so i enter my food and i close to my amount which is 1300 but i exersized that day and burned 600 cals so im really only eating 700 calories which is really low but i ate all the food i wanted for the day and i dont feel guilty!! thats why i love to exersize!!anyway hope you like these answers good luck! btw how tall are you.

depends what you cut out eatingandhow much you are currently eatingif you are not exercising.. you wont loose much weight because you need exercise to burn excess caloriesif you cut out some foods and have a calorie restricted diet your body might try to conserve fat while burning other tissue like mule because it thinks it starvingeven if it does burn fat, it will burn it slowly without exercise and will take a long time to loose weight...

yes. make veggie smoothies, eat tofu, lean meat and fish, and yogurt. walking with that can work wonders. walk back and forth in the house a few times several times a day if you dont wan to walk outside.
