| losing belly fat and building lean mule . . . if i perform a body workout 3 days a week (mon, wed, fri) and do light cardio on (tues, thurs, sat) will i be able to how to lose belly fat and ripped im not necessarily looking for mule mass, just trying to a six pack, and some decent mules. my body workouts consists of compound movements such as benchpress, squats, deadlifts, presses, etc.thanks!. . . it depends on what your body mass index is.if its higher than it should be, light cardio isnt going to do a thing for you. if you want abs, running is what you should do, especially if youre not trying to build mule mass.running, yoga, martial arts, cardio, all of that stuff centers around and strengthens your core, simmering off any ounces of body fat you have.lifting weights makes the mule beneath your fat layers bulkier, in turn making you look bigger.. . . i have to agree with ugo on this one. just wanted to add your nutrition plan pays a big role in where you are and where you will be so you should evaluate that closely. your exercise program sounds good but i would maybe intensify the cardio a bit to keep up with your improving body. also dont for to do those ever important abdomen workouts.. . . just trying to a six packtry pilatesamazongpredirecti…and i strongly recommend you this - its a great guide workouttillicollapseabsi recommend it to all my clients.. . . the way to a six pack is through eating well. you already have one. the reason you dont see it is its covered by a layer of fat. working out and cardio will help but unless youre diet is in check youre wasting your time. eat high protein, medium carbs, low fat meals, work hard.and sleep well. you will see results but dont expect it overnight. its taken you years to out of shape so it will take time to back in shape.
